以梦为马,砥砺前行 —— 田原博士入选2021年度中国科学院技术支撑人才

  20221月,上海巴斯德研究所公共技术服务平台电镜中心(筹)田原博士成功入选2021年度中国科学院技术支撑人才项目。该项目旨在加强技术支撑人才队伍的建设,加强支撑人员技术创新和设备研发的能力,对设备技术改造及改进能力。解决关键技术难题,推动技术创新,促进重大成果产出。

  田原,上海巴斯德研究所公共技术服务平台电镜中心(筹)电镜高级技术主管。2020年获得复旦大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位,博士期间共发表SCI文章5篇,熟练掌握冷冻电镜操作技术及数据分析,掌握分子生物学,结构生物学,蛋白质纯化相关的实验技术。202010月起担任公共技术服务平台电镜中心(筹)电镜高级技术主管。她说道“研究所公共技术服务平台电镜中心为科研人员和支撑人员提供了良好的技术研发环境,非常感谢领导们对我的栽培,谢谢同事们的支持。平台有数量众多先进的仪器和完备的实验环境做支撑,正因为有了平台的支持,我们才有更多机会去申报各类项目,实现内心的想法。科研无止尽,以梦为马,砥砺前行,共同进步。

 

"Fly with the dream and forge ahead"

Dr. Tian Yuan has been selected as the technical support talent of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2021

In January 2022, Dr. Tian Yuan of the Electron Microscope Center (Preparatory) of the Public Technology Service Platform of IPS was successfully selected into the 2021 technical support talent project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The project aims to strengthen the construction of technical support talent team, strengthen the ability of technical innovation and equipment R & D of support personnel, and improve the ability of equipment technical transformation and improvement. Solve key technical problems, promote technological innovation and promote the output of major achievements. 

Yuan TIAN, senior supervisor of the Electron Microscope Center (Preparatory) of the Public Technology Service Platform of IPS. In 2020, she received her doctorate in biochemistry and molecular biology from Fudan University. During her doctorate, she published 5 SCI articles, mastered the operation technology and data analysis of cryoelectron microscope, and mastered the experimental technologies related to molecular biology, structural biology and protein purification. Since October 2020, she has served as the senior supervisor of the Electron Microscope Center (Preparatory) of the Public Technology Service Platform. 

She said "The Electron Microscope Center (Preparatory), the Public Technology Service Platform of IPS, has provided a good technology R & D environment for researchers and supporting personnel. I am very grateful to the leaders for their cultivation and colleagues for their support. The platform is supported by a large number of advanced instruments and a complete experimental environment. It is precisely because of the support of the platform that we have more opportunities to apply for various projects and realize our inner ideas. There is no end to scientific research, fly with the dream, forge ahead and make common progress. "
