小分子液质联用应用讲座通知

  研究所新购置两台Thermo Fisher高效液质联用仪(超高分辨QE plus、三重四级杆Quantis),已在A328房间安装完成。高效液相-超高分辨质谱联用仪QE plus具有快速扫描和多重检测能力,可以分离鉴定人体及动物组织、细胞、血浆、血清等代谢产生的的小分子(如乳酸,氨基酸,核苷酸、脂质等),并进行相对定量分析;高效液相-三重四级杆质谱联用仪TSQ具有pg级的灵敏度和较强的适用性和耐用性,可对人体及动物代谢物进行精确定量、对疾病相关的潜在的生物标记物进行准确定量和和筛查等。 

培训安排:2022826日(星期五)上午9:30-11:30201报告厅 

培训内容: 

1.质谱应用范围、样本采集及制备 

2.非靶代谢组学和脂质组学介绍 

3.靶向代谢组学介绍

Lecture for application of small molecule liquid mass spectrometry 

Our institute purchased Two Thermo Fisher high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (ultra-high resolution QE plus, triple quadrupole quantis), which has been assembled in A328. High performance liquid chromatography high resolution mass spectrometry QE plus has the ability of rapid scanning and multiple detection. It can separate and identify small molecules (such as lactic acid, amino acid, nucleotide, lipid, etc.) produced by metabolism of human and animal tissues, cells, plasma and serum, and achieve relative quantitative analysis; High performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometer TSQ has pg sensitivity, strong applicability and durability. It can accurately quantify human and animal metabolites, and accurately quantify and screen potential biomarkers related to diseases.

1. Application scope of mass spectrometry, sample collection and preparation 

2. Introduction to untarget metabolomics and lipomics 

3. Introduction to targeted metabolomics
